My name is Tom Gardner and I represent JAG Collective, a model making company in Orlando, FL. We have just released a 1/700 scale resin model of the Virginia class cruiser. If any former shipmates would like to see a review of this kit, they can go to www.modelwarships.com and look for the JAG button on the Home page or see the "whats new" category. The retail price of the kit is $60.00 and comes with Photoetched brass details and decals to do any of the 4 ships in the class. Hi shipmate, I am (formerly DS2) Ray Giamporcaro, and I have been looking for a model of the Virginia for years. I finally found one, and its great. just got thru doing the hull. It's wood, and can be a test of your skill, but its great.

I would like to let my other shipmates know about this website. if you call the owner, he'll give you a great deal on the ship. much much better than the price on the website.
